Sourdough bread class with author, Sonia Robinson. Sonia will provide all the bread making supplies including the sourdough starter, all you need to bring is your mixing bowl. Aprons optional. Plus, Sonia's book - Pause, Sometimes Stillness is the Strategy - will be available for purchase.

About the event
Author Sonia Robinson is a lifelong parishioner of Mt. Nebo Baptist Church. In her new book, Pause: Sometimes Stillness is the Strategy, she features the Church and its importance in her life. Sonia has also fallen in love with making sourdough bread, too. At this event, attendees will learn how to make basic sourdough bread. Each participant will receive a "sourdough mother" to take home for future baking adventures.
If you wish to participate in breadmaking, please bring a large mixing bowl. Sonia will provide all ingredients and supplies.
In addition to sourdough bread, Sonia will have her book available for purchase, along with a book signing.
