She serves as President of BAILOR, where she helps scale the firm’s work through the Build to Scale™ framework and a growing network of certified coaches. In this role, she works closely with organizations and leaders navigating growth, complexity, and organizational development.
Through Mamie Ruth & Co., Sonia extends that work through writing, speaking, and coaching focused on intentional leadership and sustainable growth. Her approach is shaped by years of leadership experience inside non-profit and mid-market organizations, where the demands of growth require both thoughtful leadership and strong systems.
Sonia brings her leadership experience into coaching, helping founders and leaders strengthen the systems and decisions that shape long-term growth.
