Mamie Ruth & Co. is rooted in the quiet strength and wisdom of Sonia Robinson's great-grandmother, Mamie, and grandmother, Ruth, two women whose lives shaped her understanding of resilience, leadership, and what it means to keep moving forward.
Years later, those lessons took on new meaning when Sonia's own life and career were interrupted by circumstances she never planned for. What first felt like lost momentum eventually revealed something different: stillness could create the space to reflect, make meaning, and choose what came next with intention.
That experience became the foundation for The Power of the Pause™, the philosophy behind Sonia's work with leaders navigating growth, transition, and change.
